Our website provides shipping across the entire GCC region with DDP for UAE shipments only. 
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information for your order. At checkout, you will receive specific shipping times for your country. Below are the estimated shipping times:

1. UAE: Next day delivery
2. Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain: 1-2 working days

While we strive to meet quoted delivery times, these transit times are estimates and busy periods may result in slight delays. We are not responsible for delays and unforeseen circumstances outside our control, such as extreme weather and customs delays. 

We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) for UAE shipments. For all international orders outside the UAE, we ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This requires customers to cover any customs fees imposed by the local authorities, which are non-refundable payments. Taxes and duties cannot be refunded if you decide to return your item.

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us. Once approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the items. Return shipping labels are your responsibility, and
costs vary depending on the carrier and location. Please ensure the items are unworn, undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. Refunds are typically processed within five days of receiving the returned item(s), although some payment providers may take longer. Original shipping charges and any separately paid duties and taxes during checkout are nonrefundable.
